I am a licensed clinical psychologist (PSY33779) based in California, dedicated to providing mental health support. I earned my undergraduate degree in psychology from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and completed my doctorate in clinical psychology at the California School of Professional Psychology in San Francisco. Since 2019, I've been in private practice, offering therapy to individuals across the lifespan.
My clinical training includes an internship at Asian Americans for Community Involvement (AACI) and a postdoctoral fellowship at Kaiser Permanente in San Francisco.
In my role as a clinical psychologist, I work with teens, adults, and older adults to enhance their overall quality of life. My therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and integrative, incorporating evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and solution-focused techniques.
I specialize in areas including stress management, trauma, and substance use recovery. I also provide support for individuals coping with depression, anxiety, sleep difficulties, grief, and acculturation-related challenges, including immigration experiences.
